These terms govern all bookings made with EventCarts. By confirming a booking, you agree to these terms.
Booking confirmation: A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and deposit payment. Availability is not guaranteed until this point.
Deposit & payment: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 28 days before the event. Specific amounts are confirmed in your booking agreement.
Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 28 days before the event forfeit the deposit only. Cancellations within 28 days of the event are liable for the full booking amount.
Travel: Midlands travel (Derby, Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, Coventry) is included in all package prices. Events outside this region are subject to a travel supplement confirmed at the time of enquiry.
Force majeure: EventCarts is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, venue restrictions, or government restrictions.
Liability: EventCarts maintains full public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the booking in all circumstances.
Allergens: While we take all reasonable precautions, our products are prepared in environments where allergens are present. It is the client's responsibility to inform guests of any allergen information provided at enquiry.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
