The Orchard

The Orchard is EventCarts' cold-pressed smoothie and artisan lassi bar — a vibrant, refreshing station that brings whole-fruit flavour and beautiful colour to any wedding or event.

Three signature smoothie blends and four artisan lassi — all made with whole fruit and coconut water. The client samples all three smoothie blends before the event and selects one for the day.

What sets The Orchard apart is the pre-event tasting. Before your wedding, you and your partner sample all three smoothie blends and choose the one that feels right for your day. It becomes your blend — served exclusively at your event, poured to order by our team.

All smoothies are made with coconut water as the base — not coconut milk, not dairy. Just whole fruit, natural sweeteners, and the bright, clean flavours that come from doing things properly.

The four artisan lassi — Mango, Almond & Saffron, Pistachio & Saffron, and Rose & Cardamom — are made to order alongside your chosen smoothie, giving every guest a genuine choice and a genuinely memorable cup.

The Orchard is available as a standalone add-on for any package, or as part of a multi-cart booking. It pairs beautifully with the Chai Bar, the Matcha Bar, and the Mocktail Bar — and works equally well as the sole drinks experience at a summer mehndi or outdoor reception.
